Occasionally connectivity issues will prevent your completed test data from uploaded to our server. Don't worry-- your data has not been lost! The ECT software can check if existing user data has not been uploaded when you log in, and will try the upload again.
1. Close the test.
2. Log back into the test with the same username and password, and ON THE SAME COMPUTER as you took the test.
3. Proceed until you are prevented from going further (you will receive a message that you cannot take the test again).
Your test data should now be uploaded.
If you are concerned, you can open a ticket to request if your test answers have been received.
